COSMETOLOGY & MANICURING

Monty Tech School of Continuing Education is an institution approved by the Massachusetts State Board of Registration of Cosmetology and Barbering to teach classroom instruction for Cosmetology and Barbering.

Monty Tech School of Continuing Education (SCE) runs a Cosmetology course starting every September (Fall Session) and February (Spring Session). Students can begin registering after July 1st (Fall) and December 1st (Spring). To see the current course listing you may do so here.

Cosmetology

Access to a computer outside of the classroom is required.

The School of Continuing Education is pleased to offer an affordable, flexible Cosmetology Program approved by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Cosmetology and Barbering.

Our mission is to provide you with exceptional instruction and hands-on clinical experience that will prepare you for a successful entry in the cosmetology field. This is a 14-month program allowing for flexibility to support your educational experience, while still maintaining a balanced personal life.

This Program runs Monday through Thursday from 4:30PM to 9:30PM

No classes during July & August, with intermittent breaks throughout the school year.

To assist you with tuition, we can set up several types of payment plans:

Monthly, Bi-weekly, or Weekly payments.
10% OFF if paid in full 10+ days prior to the start of the course.

Tuition includes: Course Fee, Kit valued at $750, Online Book & Study Guide.

Manicuring

Are you ready for a career as a Nail Technician? Our program provides professional training and practical experience to prepare students for the Massachusetts Manicuring License Exam. In our comprehensive program, you will learn the latest procedures and the necessary hands-on experience to develop your new skills!

The manicuring program is 100 hours and the curriculum covers: Safety/Sanitation; Artificial Nail Techniques; First Aid; Basic Manicuring with Hand and Arm Massage; Professional Ethics; Salon Management; State Laws; Hygiene; and Anatomy.

Tuition Includes: Course Fee, Kit valued at $350, and Textbook.
